Here's the deal... I learned the lessons the hard way... I thought I was a badass because my career was thriving at the time and I had everything this world deems necessary to be considered "successful."

But the truth is, my body was unhealthy, overstressed, I was overwhelmed in my job, doing everything for everyone else and never taking care of me. I spent all my weekdays traveling around the country, and hardly ever saw my kids. Ultimately it led to me fighting for my life and my unborn baby's life.

That Hustle and Grind, Push Through, Sleep When You're Dead lifestyle caught up with me, and it was at that point I was determined to make a change.

Over the next 5 years, I did a deep dive into figuring out how to win at both business and life.

I knew there had to be a way to kick ass at work and still have all the time I wanted to spend with my loved ones, and still take care of myself.

I took courses, I went to workshops, I got a coach, I hired and I learned from lots of experts, I could tell you not all worked but, through it all, I figured out what worked.

I was able to figure out not only how to survive, but also THRIVE and 10X my results in business and life.

Now instead of just thinking, I’m a badass. I actually am that badass! I now work fewer hours, get bigger results than ever, and I spend quality time with people I love most.
